He is particularly conscious of food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and maintaining consistent processes. At Food Monk, he leads the day-to-day operations of our contract manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth execution, quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety and hygiene practices. His expertise lies in food operations, manufacturing execution, process management, and turning concepts into commercially workable products.
